Canadian Cancer Society
Help Hope Bloom
To promote Daffodil Month for cancer awareness, the CCS has released a beautiful campaign featuring the resilient daffodil flower. In the striking hero :30sec spot from the campaign we see the daffodil as a symbol for hope, blooming amidst various scenes representing the CCS' efforts to help Canadians take control of cancer. We were tasked with bringing to life the daffodil in a way that felt both organic and wondrous. There’s something profoundly exciting about the idea of visualizing “hope", we knew that the flower needed to be hauntingly beautiful for this to work. The approach required a photorealistic depiction of daffodils, blooming & flowering in real-time throughout various scenes.
